The Big Idea

———

We want all children to learn about God and His love so they can have the
chance to enter a relationship with Jesus. Our goal is to partner with families
to teach biblical principles together at home and at church.

Schedule

Northside Kids is for kids from birth to 5th grade during the Sunday services. We also do VBS and Bible Drill.

Staff

All the kids are cared for and taught by qualified leaders who have also gone through background checks.

Activities

Kids are placed in small groups centered around learning with an age-appropriate application of the weekly lesson.

VBS 2024

July 21 - 24, 6:00 - 8:30 PM

"Start the Party" is a VBS experience that encourages every child to celebrate Jesus and the good news of the gospel! Preschoolers and elementary kids will celebrate with Bible lessons that teach about how Jesus gives us friendship, belonging, forgiveness, abundant life, and purpose. We'll also use music, crafts, recreation, and missions to learn more about Jesus and these qualities He offers to us. All children who turned 3 years old by August 31, 2023 through completed 5th grade in 2024 are invited to participate. Registration is required—register now!

Bible Drill

Bible Drill is available for children in 4th-6th grade to participate in on Sunday afternoons at 4 p.m. We work with children in this discipleship program to teach them more about a relationship with Jesus. We do this by studying 25 verses, 10 key passages and all 66 books of the Bible. This memorization and study gives children Biblical literacy and a foundation to continue a lifetime of learning Scripture. We begin learning together in September and compete in March.
