Ladies Breakfast  Apr. 20

We had over 20 ladies at our February breakfast! Join us in March at 9:00 a.m. at Northside for a time of community and connection. No agenda, just building relationships. We're looking for volunteers to help with set up/coffee prep. To help and/or RSVP, contact Valerie.

 

VBS Volunteers Meeting  Apr. 24

Calling all VBS volunteers! VBS is a great short-term serve opportunity that can have an amazing impact in the lives of children. We have a planning meeting on Wednesday at 6:15 p.m. in the Great Hall. Contact Dee Belvin at  to RSVP.

 

Redemption Work Day  Apr. 27

We're excited about launching Redemption in September, but before we do, there's some TLC that needs to be done! Join us from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Your help is making a big difference for the launch and the new families who will be coming to the church. RSVP here.

 

Get Baptized  Apr. 28

Baptism is a public profession of an inward faith. We’ve scheduled our next baptism, so if you're ready to take the step to be baptized, register here.

Been checking out Northside? Join us for lunch after the 10:45 a.m. service for the chance to meet some of the staff and learn more about what makes Northside tick. Childcare is provided. RSVP here.

 

Flower Arrangement Class  May 4

Kree Sain (Kree's Flowers) will be offering a class at Northside on making flower arrangements. Vases and flowers will be provided. Registration by April 28 is required. The class is $30 per person. RSVP with Valerie and when you sign up, Venmo your payment to Kree: @kree-sain.

 

Habitat Build Day  May 4

At Northside, one of our values is Engagement. We're living this out by supporting the Habitat for Humanity build days in Knightdale. Our next volunteer opportunity will be from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The build site is  24 Kelley Meadows Drive in Knightdale. Northside will be providing lunch. To volunteer, sign up here.

 

Midday Women's Bible Study Group

There's a new midday Bible study group for women launching in March! The group will meet every other Thursday at 10:00 a.m. (starts March 14) in Clayton. For more information or to RSVP, contact Leah or Amanda.

 

Camp Dixie Golf Tournament  May 10

Play golf and support kids! Join us for an afternoon of fun and all for a great cause at Cypress Lakes Golf Course in Fayetteville. All proceeds benefit the ministry of Camp Dixie. Cost is $100 per person. To learn more about the tournament, click here. To sign up to play, click here.

 

Northside Preschool Scholarships

Northside Preschool has a few families in need of scholarships. If you are willing/able to give to the scholarship fund to enable children to learn and grow at Northside Preschool, please contact Dee Belvin at .

 

Summer Camp @ Camp Dixie

Registrations are beginning to come in for summer camp at Camp Dixie. Camp Dixie offers summer camp opportunity for children beginning 4 years old through high school. If your child regularly attends Northside, they're eligible for a $75 discount. For dates, rates and registration information, click here.

 

Unplug: A Churchwide Retreat  May 31 - Jun. 2

Save the date and make plans to join us at Camp Dixie for our annual church wide retreat. Camp Dixie is located in Fayetteville, NC. Situated on a small, cypress lake, we'll enjoy opportunities for recreation, rest, building relationships and growing in our faith. Men's Softball

Northside's men's softball team begins play soon! We'd love to have you come cheer us on as we face off against other churches in our community! Games are played at Wendell Park on the Jake May field. Check out the schedule here.

 

Student Ministry Meals

We're so thankful for our middle and high school students at Northside! As they gather on Sunday nights, we not only feed them spiritually, but we feed them physically. Sharing a meal together allows our students to connect and form deeper bonds with one another. You can help with that! Sign up to provide a meal (homemade or take out).
